About the 14ers

Founded ahead of Summit FC’s inaugural 2026 season, the 14ers were created to build something lasting: a supporters' culture rooted in inclusion, dedication, and joy. We believe the best supporter culture is built together. We are volunteer-led, grassroots, and here to show up for women’s soccer in Colorado.

Why “14ers"

The name comes from Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks and reflects our mindset:

We All Summit Together.

We climb as a group. We support one another. We show up for our club wherever it plays.

Snowy mountains, green valleys, blue sky with clouds

Our Values

Inclusive and welcoming.

Anti-racist, anti-homophobic, anti-transphobic.

Respectful to players, staff, and fellow supporters.

Community-driven and volunteer-led.

Supporter culture should be loud and proud. Rooted in joy.

All members and participants are expected to uphold our Code of Conduct.

How We’re Organized

The 14ers are run by volunteers from the community. A board of directors helps guide the organization, while an officer team manages day-to-day operations. Officer-led committees drive the work behind matchdays, events, communications, and supporter traditions.

Most of what we do happens through committees, and we’re always looking for people who want to get involved.
